User agreement

GENERAL TERMS
- 1.1 The current User Agreement describes Freedom-life.club services provision rules.
- 1.2 The Client fully accepts all the current User Agreement terms when starting to use the current service, its individual functions after completing the registration procedure. The Client is prohibited to use the service, if he disagrees with any of the current Agreement terms.
- 1.3 The current User Agreement can be changed at any time. The Administration is entitled to add or remove the current Agreement clauses without previously notifying the Client. The new Agreement version comes into force once being posted on the website.
- 1.4 The Client is obliged to immediately stop using the current service, if the service has made any changes to the User Agreement in the manner, provided for in clause 1.3, which the Client does not agree with.
CLIENT REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
- 2.1 The Client is obliged to go through the registration procedure, which will result in new account creation in order to use the current service. The Client confirms that he fully agrees with all the current User Agreement terms, when going through the registration procedure.
- 2.2 Capable citizens, who have reached the age of majority, are entitled to sign up on the current service. The Client confirms that he has reached the age of majority by signing up.
- 2.3 The Client agrees that all his actions are voluntary.
- 2.4 The Client is entitled to use the only account. The Administration is entitled to immediately block the User’s data without a refund, if revealing the rules violation by the Client.
- 2.5 The Client must choose a username and password to access the Website. It is prohibited to share your login to third parties. You are solely responsible for the data security you’ve chosen. The Website Administration strongly recommends to use complex passwords, unknown to anyone, in order to avoid your personal data loss or theft. The service is not responsible for this.
THE SERVICE’ RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
- 3.1 The Service complies with all website security measures, ensures Users’ personal data anonymity and confidentiality in accordance with the current Privacy Policy. The Service Administration guarantees that none Clients’ data will be transferred to third parties.
- 3.2 The Administration is entitled to block or remove the Client’s account, if the Client provides false data or the Website Administration has a reason to believe that the data, provided by the Client, is either incomplete or inaccurate.
- 3.3 The Service is responsible for all possible risks, happened due to the Website bugs. This will affect neither Client, nor his funds in any way.
- 3.4 The Website Administration is entitled to suspend working with the Client in the following cases:
- 3.4.1 If the Client violates the current User Agreement terms or attempts to harm the service.
- 3.4.2 If several registrations are made while using the same PC or one IP address and if the Client uses over one account.
- 3.5 The Service undertakes to accrue and pay out profits in accordance with the provided investment package.
- 3.6 Payments to the Client are made in the currency, previously used by him to open a deposit.
CLIENT’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
- 4.1 The Client is obliged to complete the registration procedure on the Website n order to participate in the current service. Account creation is free. Everyone, can regardless of place of residence, social status and faith, is entitled to use the current Website services.
- 4.2 The Client is obliged to provide correct personal data when signing up on the Website.
- 4.3 The Client must keep an individual login and password in completely confidential.
- 4.4 The Client must fully realize that it is prohibited to send spam about the current Service. The administration is entitled to block the account and funds without a refund, if the Client violates the current Clause.
- 4.5 The Service encourages Clients to inform and attract new users by using various advertising methods.
- 4.6 The Client is entitled to distribute his affiliate link in any convenient way.
- 4.7 The Client is entitled to require the project to fulfill all the current User Agreement terms.
- 4.8 The Client is entitled to choose any of the investment plans, provided to him with any deposit amount, corresponding to the investment limits range within the preferred plan.
- 4.9 The Client is entitled to withdraw the accrued profit in accordance with the limits, determined by the Service while using the same electronic currency type, previously used to open a deposit.
- 4.10 The Client is entitled to use any electronic currency type, accepting by the Service.
RISK NOTICE
- 5.1 Each Client must realize that all the investments are related to the risks.
- 5.2 Freedom-life.club’s goal is to become one of the leading services for personal investment. But it does not guarantee that it will manage to get the profit, commensurate with previous charges in future.
- 5.3 The Client, who has accepted the current service rules, must fully realize that any accusations against the Service Administration of deception or fraud and violation, will be perceived as false denunciation.
